The Coastal Classroom

Reculver is one of the best locations within the South East to study coastal erosion and longshore drift. The Reculver Towers are historic ruins which help tell the story of the Roman invasion. Why not book our coastal classroom as a base for your trip?

We have projectors, screens and high-speed internet all set up and ready to use. We also offer teaching sessions, written by our education partners, that are in line with national curriculum requirements. These sessions range from key stage 1 all the way to A-Levels. We can tailor them to meet your exact requirements. There are two coach parking bays available on site as well as minibus spaces.

The classroom space is also a fantastic venue for businesses to hire. It’s currently being used for networking events, meditation classes, Church Alpha groups and more.

The space is fully equipped for presentations, with a high spec projector and screen. HatHats Coffee Company, who runs the coffee shop at the venue, can provide catering for your event. Coffee, cakes, and sweet and savoury crepes per person can be included in your room hire price.
