Today we announced some exciting news for Amelix Telecom customers, read the letter sent from our Director, Louis, below.
As of from today (1st July 2020) Amelix Telecom will join Radius Payment Solutions Group who have a keen interest in the telecoms market. By combining the experience and expertise of Amelix Telecom with the Radius ambition to build upon their successful telecoms division, Radius Connect, this will give Amelix Telecom the tools, experience and financial clout it needs to develop our portfolio of products and continue to give the very best service to our customers.
The good news is that our customer’s services will remain as they are and they will still receive the same support they have always done from the same people in our support team. Our team are all really excited to be joining the Radius Family.
I want you to know that the decision to join Radius was not one taken lightly, we have been working on this deal for a number of months as we wanted to align with a company that obsesses about customer service as much as we do and values and invests in its people. We feel we have found this with Radius Connect and the depth and scope of the services they are able to offer far outweighs what Amelix could offer. The buying power and clout they have with networks and other services providers will only enhance Amelix Telecom’s customer experience.
Lots of work has been going on for some time now to make the transition as seamless as possible, and I can leave today knowing you are in the very best possible hands for today and moving forward as Radius Connect are investing heavily in new technologies.
It is time for me to bow out from this telecoms adventure, since starting Amelix Telecom in 2007 it has been a pleasure to work alongside some truly amazing people who I will miss a lot. It has also been an honour to get to know so many of our customers and their businesses and work alongside so many growth plans. Today is my last day with Amelix Telecom but I plan to still track its journey as Radius Connect with pride.
Whilst this is the end for Amelix in the Telecoms market, it’s not the end of Amelix. We still have our entrepreneurship academies. My talented education team have a few exciting projects on the horizon and I will be assisting them as well as investing heavily in the growth of our coffee business HatHats Coffee Company.
Thank you again for your custom, friendship and support over the years, I wish you and your business every success for the future.
All the very best,
Louis Hurst
Director
